The breakfast options were fantastic with a great selection of a la carte dishes. The staff member serving breakfast was kind, always greeting us with a smile. The river view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.

The atmosphere created was quiet! It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with a lovely view, big windows and stylish decor and that went well.

Make sure you stay in the double room with a lovely view and stylish decor plus comfy beds. Super-friendly and amicable staff here at the reception desk.

I've had a perfect stay for a personal visit. For a 4 star hotel everything was perfect, I really enjoyed to be here. Favourable location in the very very nice area and it was a bonus to be very close to a metro station. The breakfast was nice small, the check in was early. What's more, there's parking outside.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with a safe box, a minibar and central heating. Exceptional and good location within short walking distance to Johann-Nepomuk-Kapelle.

I had the most amazing stay! The river view was amazing—so much better than the photos. Plus, the room was immaculate and super cozy, which made relaxing so easy. I can't forget the fun we had with the robot room service. it was a unique touch ! Definitely coming back!

A Unique Experience in Vienna

The self-check-in was quirky but efficient was good. I enjoyed exploring the trendy atmosphere but was disappointed by the small room. Try the salad at the restaurant, it's delicious! Pro tip, opt for laundry services elsewhere for better value.

Perfect for a group getaway

I really enjoyed those 3 nights at the hotel. The breakfast was very nice, so many options, cold meats, fresh fruits, pastries. It was overwhelming but in a good way. Plus, the staff were excellent, especially David at reception. He patiently handled my 100 questions, really felt taken care of.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, good service and comfort.

Had issues with communication around room upgrades, especially during a special occasion. The bed comfort left something to be desired, not quite the quality one hopes for in a place like this. Housekeeping seemed limited, focusing mostly on just making the bed and swapping towels without deeper cleaning, which didn't feel quite up to par.

I loved how easy it was to walk to major attractions like st stephen's cathedral and the historic center, especially with the nearby cafes and parks for quick breaks. The transit station right outside the front door also.

The breakfast options were great here and the staff was friendly; the double room had new equipment.
